A vibrator is definitely being used yes, because you can hear it buzzing.  But I think someone is helping her and he is being a bit more active than just doing the filming: for one thing you can hear him breathing.  Also at one point she says to him "stay there for a second", and later on he asks if she wants him to stop and she says no.
