download errors?

something wrong with the download area?

im definitely logged in and cookies are enabled and i can watch the movie (mov) on my screen, but when i try to download one of the movies, its written down on my harddisc with the correct name, but ìts a textfile "Error: You do not have permission to view this media".

since more than 2 years all worked fine, but since today it doesnt want anymore...

any hints?

Please use the Help form for enquiies of this sort.  However, it is probably a Firefox3 issue - you need to enable 3rd party cookies.
