Search for a guy called Porno Jim (I know he has a website which I'm sure would direct you to his podcast), he's really entertaining and smart about porn and makes me think thoughts I didn't think before.  There's also Michael Krasny's 'Forum' show which is on public radio in the SF bay area.  That's available as a podcast and he does a mix of local, national, and international issues.

Also, a forthcoming Agoness recently told me about Personal Life Media, which has a whole bunch of podcasts, some of them about sex.  Which is really the most interesting thing a podcast can be about.
