Sorry to post this on the forum but I can't seem to figure out where else to post it.
So I got a renewal notice a few days ago from GMBill. I tried to renew my yearly subscription but they said they are no longer a biller for Beautiful agony -- yet your web site still lists them. I looked at the other help web pages; one said "technical support only," one said "no support questions here," and the billing help page takes me to the GMBill web site and that says my account is closed.
So . . . how do I renew my subscription? Do any of your billers offer a yearly subscription?
Please help, because I want to continue to support this fantastic web site.

GMBill are our secondary biller. The links on the Join page to either biller will allow you to rejoin. If you tried to renew your subscription by writing to the billing company, they won't be able to help you, it has to be done by the form on our site.

I used the link on GMBill's web site because that's the link they sent me.
I tried the link on the BA web site; it says I can't renew because my account is still active -- and indeed, it appears to be active since I can still log in and download content. What gives?
Also, it looks like you no longer offer yearly billing. Drat! Any possibility you'll be able to bring that back?
