Personally I find vibrators a little distracting and clinical.  Hence I prefer my own hands.  I like my lover's hands, but it always makes me want to grab him and make him penetrate me, so I guess top of the tree is the penis.

I'd have to say tongue, definitely.  Hands come a close second, but only if they're my partner's hands.    If I'm solo, I like vibes better than my hands.

I don't really do the peen thing, though I do like boys as much as I like girls, I'm not a fan of PIV sex.
