Is saliva better than natural lubricant?

I notice many of the ladies wet their finger tips with saliva during their performance.  I would think the natural female lubricant would be so much better.  Should I change my habits in the bedroom?  Please comment!

saliva can be used as a lubricant, so i'm going to guess that they arent very wet to begin with and just need a little extra help.

Saliva is fine, but make sure you didnt just eat candy or something-- extra food particles and sugary stuff can give you hell.... as in possible UTI's and Yeast Infections... Thats what I understand, anyway... anyone else have a different take on it?

I'm not usually wet enough to start off with, and saliva is usually simpler than getting out the bottle of lube.

not all women produce enough natural lubricant to make sex enjoyable.  it's not necessarily a reflection of whether or not they're turned on - some women just aren't all that wet.  so in that case saliva or another kind of lubrication makes sense.
