I love the verbal stuff, and I think she was alone, but her ongoing fantasy that is fueling the orgasm contains a partner and in real life, she probably verbalizes to her partner as part of the sex game.

I loved this one.    She seems to be alone...  I only say that because she doesn't seem to acknowledge anyone... um, down there.  But what do I know?
