Suggestion regarding agonies

I was wondering if it was possible to have some sort of voting system where we vote from 1-10 on the agonies and could then sort by highest or lowest rating?

Also, what about having a counter for each agony in a database that would then allow users to sort by most or least viewed?

Believe me TerranRich1, even the idea of any sort of ranking system will be quickly dismissed by Lauren and Richard, quite rightly to.

It doesn't really fit with the ethos of Beautiful Agony at all.

I would have to disagree as well.

I have been a girl watcher for more years than most of you have been alive, and it is an engrossing and enchanting hobby and past-time.

However I do not watch Beauty Pageants simply because it is a rating system for the meat and invariably would have to have a detrimental effect on all the losers.

I do have my own system for deciding who is appealing to me, but I would never publicly state that one girl was (fill in your own word) and somebody else wasn't, that is wrong and ultimately demeaning to the one who didn't quite live up to somebodys arbitrary decision.

I was taught as a child that if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.

Quite right, and this is advice that certain other members (not you, TerranRich1) would do well to heed. Some of the comments in the Overkill section recently have pissed me off royally.

For something as uniquely personal as an orgasm, the thought of comparing to anyone else seems a little out of place. There's something almost magical about the fact that something that every one of us experiences manifests in such a profoundly different way in all of us. Sure, there are similarities, like certain facial expressions and noises that pop up more often than others, but what makes each agony so powerful is what sets it apart - and that's true of every last one on this site as in life. I think that supposing anything less would be disrespectful, to both the agonees and the viewers.

Do what I do: Don't read the Overkill comments. My theory is those are the lookie-lou types; the real devotees are here in the forum.

BTW, I agree about ranking. It's ludicrous to rank the "quality" of somebody else's orgasm. All any viewer can really rank is what turns him (or her) on... which is fair enough for each of us to think about, but not necessarily of much interest to others, and far too easy to misinterpret as criticism.

I certainly wouldn't like ratings. I even feel very sensitive listing the favorites I've seen here. I could start a new thread for a new favorite, but not every Agony has a thread. And every Agony should have a thread. They are all people.

I understand your concern.

There are just so many agonies to view, for a newbie like you (or me) we just don't have the time to look at them all. Many of them are interesting, but many others aren't (or aren't particulary). This has more to do with me than with the agonist. Sometimes I wonder, though, if a "number of views" feature would be O.K.

In the forum I have asked questions about specific things that could be found in agonies (for example, eye contact, multiple orgasms) and I've gotten responses which I'm glad I got. This has saved a lot of time. Yet I have been turned on by agonies that would not have any of the specific things that I thought I would particularly want. The best strategy is to watch each new agony as he/she is posted and, if time permits, pick up a few of the older ones. The "mark as seen" and "favorites" features exist so that you don't end up wasting time.

By the way, my all-time favorite is Ms. 0030. Three orgasms (the last one quite intense) AND eye contact! A close second is Ms. 0074, who comes four times (possibly five) and keeps eye contact. Of course -- that's just me!

What is definately not exciting to me is screaming a lot all the time. I also find certain expressions a turn-off, like oh my goooooood, yessss yesss, yesss (the Meg Ryan), and certainly oooh yeeaaah fuuuuck me it's soooooo gooooooooood honeeeeey!!!.

Hell, I haven't made any agony myself. I guess I'll try to be as nice as possible all who give their best and do not act, and I cannot say I have seen much acting on this site, if any. I find the the rest is up to me.

There are loud orgasms with a completely relaxed face and quiet orgasms with an extremely expressive face.
