Is Agony providing clinical evidence?

After a year or more agonizing to these Agonies, I've made an observation and am interested what you think.

I came across a web site -- don't ask me where 'cause it was a while ago -- focusing on the topic of sexual disfuction as it relates to methods of masturbation.  The person behind the sight claimed to have found that men and women who have trouble achieving orgasm during intercourse mostly tend to masturbate while lying face down.  His premise is that masturbating in this position causes much greater stimulation, desensitizing the individual to normal sexual contact, which is much gentler.  He even offers a program to help people break the habit of lying face down and learn how to masturbate on their backs without the added stimulation and pressure that lying face down provides.

My initial reaction was that it's a lot of bunk; but, I have noticed that, whereas most of the female Agonies here (I only watch the girls) tend to average between four and six minutes, the ones where the young ladies are laying face down average only between one or two minutes, suggesting that a woman can climax a lot faster if she's on her tummy.

It just makes me wonder if there's any truth to this.

Your times are badly skewed since all the agonies are edited and unless you had access to the data telling you exactly how much of each was cut, you have no factual basis for your assumptions. Sorry.

In my experience with what I have seen I can only say that the time it takes for an individual to reach climax varies so greatly no matter which position they choose. And speaking personally - for myself it also varies, depending on whether or not there is assistance (mechanical or human), the frame of mind I'm in, the "time of month", even climatic conditions - if I'm hot, cold, whatever.

Wouldn't a more logical explanation be that people who have trouble reaching orgasm by /any/ means, find that a technique which applies greater pressure is the one which works for them?

from my experience it's much easier to climax while laying on my stomach but i find it to be almost too quick and not as enjoyable. i've noticed that if i'm climaxing that way often or with a toy its harder to climax on my back.

Are you ms 252 sjc252? I had an ex that was worried that using her vibrators too much   may cause her to stop having orgasms during sex. She read somewhere that this may happen. But she always came again and again if she didn't I was in the shit and she would flatten some battries.

I've read and heard that breathing is fundamental and I'm personally a big believer in this as well. The more oxygen you get, the better your orgasm will be. I think a lot of people become conditioned to hold their breath when they near orgasm, possibly because they had to keep quiet when they first discovered their orgasms as teengers in their parents' houses. I've noticed that a lot of the agonees who hold their breath don't seem to have very intense orgasms. Likewise, a lot of the agonees who breathe their way through it just explode when they come. Of course, their orgasms are also simply louder, for obvious reasons. 
I know there are asphyxiophiles out there who will disagree, but the power (I didn't even mention safety) of the oxygen deprivation "rush" pales in comparison to the power of one from oxygen saturation. This is also a principle in techniques such as medical QiGong, and of course, Yoga.

Good point.

I find it impossible to reach orgasm unless I hold my breath for the run-up.  But once I'm almost there and it feels inevitable, it would be a good idea to resume breathing.  Something I'm working on with the help of my wife.  (She holds her breath too.)
