Scandinavian is absolutely my guess for Ms0637.
She sounds less like swede than like a norwegian to me, by the way. That "swedish chef hoopti doopti chickin" accent is normally very apparent. She has more of a Thor Heyerdahl (kontiki man) ring to her. No offence, I can tell she has been down under for quite a while .
With Ms 650 I'm really not sure at all. She sounds like a scandinavian, true, but she could be german.
