Women: can anyone confirm leg-over-thigh?

There's a post which describes a way in which women may stimulate themselves by crossing their legs and moving the top leg.  This can be done in public, according to the writer.  The subject contains "leg-over-thigh." 

Can any women reading confirm what the writer says: that a woman can have an orgasm this way?

Well. still a bloke here, but I have had two women friends confirm this.  One was my gf for nearly a year and I was lucky enough to witness her talent, a few times ( I encouraged her:)).

When she crossed her legs and steadily worked her thighs together, she always got very aroused.  Occasionally, she reached orgasm, but generally when she was already extra-turned on or with the addition of even light nipple play.  She was always grinding her thighs at the movies, for example - very fun stuff.

Years ago my wife and I were English teachers in Korea (at a commercial language school), and one of our colleagues spent a lot of time trying to perfect the no-hands stealth wank (her term for it was "zen orgasm"). IIRC, she reported finally achieving orgasm that way, at least once, but she never did turn it into a reliable, repeatable technique.
