Background noises

In situtatons where theres loud sounds of automobiles or planes ect. How about adding some soft music or something. Hearing those other sounds can be so anoying when viewing.

So then you can have automobiles AND music?  What exactly would that achieve?

Perhaps using uni-directional microphones would cut down some of the background noises and focus more on the subject. Are most of the sessions done in one primary location?. Obviously you can see and hear the differences from submissions that are from the contributers that might add background music or hear sounds of nature of birds chirping outside or have a quieter enviroment.

The 0169 contribution has the loudest car background noise of all. But anyway this girl is one of my top favourites. She is (now was ) my secret love. So for me to enjoy the videos it is independent from background noise. On the contrary, authentic background noises, cars, planes, birds......., makes the situation very realistic.

No they are mot done in a central location, they are mostly done in the contributor's homes with cameras they have on hand or borrow.  Mostly they are camcorders with built-in mics.  I think the background noise is an interesting backdrop, it makes one think about their environment, about which we know almost nothing.
