ooh, ya know. That might be a question for an expert. In the meantime, I would simply say that imo it's a slippery slope -- one step into debauchery simply leads (as Eeyore quite elegantly said) to another.

Other way around.  Everyone who is pierced masturbates.  Therefore, wanking leads to piercing -- And to nearly everything else in life.

Yees, well there would be more awareness atleat
But I'm not sure that it would lead to more arousal as such, I mean I dont think it would get you in the mood if you weren't already. But of course, it could make you more in the mood faster
