but i've one question to the administrators of the site.
are you sure, that every person whos video you publish is over 18?
do you request the id's from them?
just to be sure, that everything is legal.

Everyone that contributes to beautiful agony is over the age of 18, and yes ID is required, without the appropriate photo ID and release forms signed we will not accept the contribution.

Hahaha, good point, Richard. We don't actually see anything, and they may be suffering from indigestion for all we know.
On a more serious note, however, I know some countries forbid the display of minors for the purpose of sexual gratification, regardless of what the minor is actually doing. So even if masturbation is perfectly legal at any age (or I've been breaking the law since I was ten), it becomes illegal the moment it becomes sexual entertainment for adults.
