Are there any agonies that it's obvious that the female is getting help from a partner?

Many many.  This has been a common thread of discussion, but I can't think of which thread to point you to.  Must have scrolled.

If you want really obvious, 19 springs to mind.   Other no brainers include 249,  258, and 267.  I think 297 is pretty much for sure.
