I use the Windows Media Player to view the videos, and when I right click where it says "right click here to save" it doesn't work. I emailed the site for help but no response. Anybody have any idea(s) why this isn't working?

Hi, have you tried right-clicking over the 'DL' (short for Download) symbol to the bottom-right of each agony?

I have had this trouble myself sometimes. Trying logging in to the site again. Sometimes my auto-login does not work on this site.

Bishop, I tried right-clicking over DL, but it doesn't allow me to choose "Save Target As." Also, I've tried logging in again. I'm not incredibly computer savvy, but using "Save Target As" is the only way I know how to save the videos to my computer to enjoy later. Any other tips?

You might want to consider downloading a good download manger onto your PC. The one I use is the Westbyte 4.4. It is very easy to use and you can try it for free for a while whilst you decide to buy it or not. Can't remember how much it is to buy but it's not much. It is a very user friendly peice of kit and terrific if you download a lot of mpegs. You can set it up to download dozens in a matter of minutes and it will even download them at a later time and turn off your PC after it has finished if you want it to. I recommend it highly and I include the hyperlink where you can download it below in case you want to give it a try.
Good luck.

I can't find a record of an unresolved enquiry, did you fill in a Help form?

richard, I'm pretty sure I filled in a Help form. Also, thanks for the help everyone. I'll give those programs a try.
Update: I clicked on "DL" and the videos opened in Windows Media Player. From there I was able to save them to my computer. I just had to look around a bit.
