Technical Difficulties

Still a few hiccups once in a while, but overall the load and download times are much better.  Thank you! 

Well, today and yesterday I experienced more than a just a few hiccups.    Yesterday I could not access the site at all for about half the day, but then it worked fine once I could.  Today, I only got one failure first try, then got to it, but ...

Except for the overkill section, the downloads only save as html!  For example, "A0459H.wmv.htm" .  I hope this is just a one-time glitch

I don't know about that problem you're having with downloads, look like an issue on your PC perhaps.  Has anyone else experienced this?

The server is sometimes reaching capacity in peak times, but we're fixing that now with a permanent solution.  Sorry about the occasional downtime folks.

I haven't had any problems at all w/downloading. Elmo, hope you work out the kinks.

I've had the same problems most of the day.

When the site does come up, and I try to click on some of the videos, I get the question mark of doom.  Same thing when trying to DL.  It's as if the movie files aren't there.  Some work, others don't.

430 and 428 are two that still aren't working...most others I've tried are right now.

I also have trouble getting the site to come up.  Yesterday was brutal. Agony 459 would not play either for most of the time once I did get the site to come up.  It would start to buffer, then just sit there saying "ready," but it was not ready and would not play.

Glitches are a part of the wonderful world of technology.

Very true.  And thankfully, this particular one appears to be over.    Don't know why the links were giving us something other than wmv's, but now the latest two and their confessions appear to have come through just fine.

I'm pleased to hear about the upgrades, too.  Keep up the good work!
