I haven't watched all the male submissions, but I was wondering if, in any of them....how to word this...any of the physical outputs of their efforts make it into the video frame.

Seeing semen spurting is the proof of the man orgasm for a girl watching. But how to be sure a girl has an actual orgasm? Well, one of the best way is when performing oral sex on a girl. While doing so, you put a lubricated finger in her (BTW you have two places to choose from:)) and you should be able to feel her contractions (3 to 10) when the orgasm occurs. Try it and tell us. And generally the girl likes it with a finger in her.

For a man, ejaculating is NOT necessarily the same as to have an orgasm.

Jo, I read about it that the male orgasm and the ejaculation are different phenomenons.
In that book the author also mentioned that one (male) can have an orgasm without having an ejaculation and even spoke about reverse ejaculation!!!? I guess it's possible only for high ranked yoga adepts who also can stop their heart beats as well. But when one see jets of semen flying by, one can be sure there has been an orgasm, don't you think so?

No I don't think so. If it is possible to have an orgasm without ejaculation, it's also possible to have an ejaculation without orgasm. I even think, that some men have never experienced an orgasm, but have had many of ejaculations. I know several men like that.
