Two odd things:
Ruby was in the "next overkill" box and then moved to the overkill box, but did not appear in the actual overkill list (I mean other than the three already there.)
and
Whenever I watch the latest agony, which is almost always the day of posting, if there is a confession it always says "Error: The selected media file has not been scheduled for release yet." when I click to watch it. The next day it is there. This is a little disappointing as I prefer to watch the confession first, kind of get to know the woman before getting intimate, but I am afraid I cannot usually resist watching right away anyway!
It would be really nice if the two events could be synchronized. (Unless it is a problem my end; Mac OSX 10.4.3, Firefox 1.5).
While I am here I would like to once again add my voice to the chorus of praise for this site. It is the only site I have ever paid for, and I consider it part of my health plan. It is truly a constant and delightful turn-on, a true companion during a period of singledom in my life. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all of the wonderful people (actually the women; sorry guys, that's just how I am put together; but thanks to you too!) whose courage and generosity have given me so much pleasure. Some I watch over and over, and find something new every time. And thank you to the staff and the visionaries who brought the whole thing into being.

I would say it's not a problem at your end of things, the very same thing happens here with frightening regularity. Probably every time there's a new Overkill.

pbrinton, welcome on this site. If you wait few hours, the problem will solved. It seems to me there is a error message when the video is advertised but not already published.

There does seem to be a timing issue (or was until today?) with pictures moving and release dates/times. I am much more concerned, though, with being able to access the site AT ALL. :O:O:O:O Several days now, weekend or no, I've been getting error messages like "connection refused when attempting to connect ..." , sometimes even on the starting page! So that means the site's server is really busy, and I try again in a few minutes. But lately, I've been getting the same thing again, sometimes for hours.
Anyway, it seems that either there has been a surge of interest and membership and download activity at BA, or there is something wrong. I checked the time zones, and the busiest times I've seen are at the crack of dawn in Eastern Australia! Fortunately, this has only been a minor nuisance for me so far, but I can see it quickly becoming a major problem for a lot of people. Hopefully, the powers that be have a sunnier explanation....

Crack of dawn in Australia would make it somewhere around evening to midnight in Europe (depending on where in Europe and Australia respectively you measure). Perhaps a clue?

Middle of the day, actually -- around the middle of the U.S.
and it happened again today -- could not access the site at all. Now it is early evening.
This is getting to be pretty consistent; on the rare occassion I can get on during that part of the day, everything is slower. Much slower. At one point earlier this week, the speed of one download dropped below 14 Kbps! That's with DSL at my end. At first I just thought there must be tons of traffic then, but now I'm beginning to wonder -- it is such an extreme difference, after all....

It looks like our server is ner capacity, so we've turned off the free sample until we can upgrade. Also we've changed the scheduling of Confessions to match the Agony now.

Wow -- the free sample alone was enough to do that??? I know the site's popularity must be at a phase when TONS of people check out the samples, but still....
I, too, am happy about the Confessions coming out with the Agonies. I just can't get over all the peeking, non-paying (yet), test-ride interest -- any estimates you're willing to release as to how many free sample downloads you've been getting hit with versus new memberships, or how many more folks have registered with the forum recently but not with the main part of the site?
I realize times like this put more of a burden on you administrators, but I think it's a very good sign for the site.
