PC elmo, you can't tease us like that and not say which was your first 'special' agony.............spill the beans!

Fair enough, but like I said, this really is its own topic. So here's Why We Joined Agony, part II:
Once we knew about the site, was there anyone in particular who sealed the deal?
For some I'm sure just finding the site was enough to decide to join, but it's still nice to hear those stories (and yes, there have been some already). Scattered throughout the forum, others have praised their favorites for inspiring them to join. Perhaps we could mention them all again, here in one place, specifically in this light. I think there's something special about being inspired to join a site by the first favorite(s), and I'm sure it's an honor for those contributors. So let's remember our firsts!
To get things started, I have to say my first and long-time favorite (if I were forced to choose only one) would without a doubt be Ms 4. Even just the unforgettable face in her thumbnail image has been for me the representative face of Beautiful Agony. I knew I believed in BA, and when I first joined for a month, it was her video that assured me I had made the right decision.
Another first for me, btw, was Ms 238 / AW's Armine. I have not joined AW yet, but just knowing she's there makes me certain I will. ISM and the new site may well ride on the rapport established by BA (for me anyway), but these two wonderful ladies deserve to know that they've helped me decide to join two of the best sites on the net. I can't smiley enough!!! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):) (etc. )

You will be in for a massive treat when you finally do join. I thought AW was great when I first joined early-ish last year, but this year the site has really grown and developed almost beyond recognition -- without, IMHO, compromising the philosophy that led Abby to create the site in the first place.

That's strange, I intended to mention in my previous post that it was Ms 0004 who tipped the balance for me as well - as you say, even her preview pic is amazing!
Small world, isn't it?

Personally I joined BA since it offers a variety of faces where we can see there is as many different orgasms (and ways to achieve them) as the number of girls on the site. This is an educational work I would say. Sex research people should use BA as a theme for study. I am sure it's coming soon. But for me, it's a source of sexual inspiration. But I still wonder why girls submitting an agony are not participating more on this forum. Richard, are you offering a month or two of free membership for the agonees?? That would be a way to get them involved in this forum. Ms#422 did a brief appearance (so far) and got an immediate interest from the members.

Oh yes, Ms238!!! She was one of the freebies at the time and I still find her agony one of the most captivating and intriguing of the entire site. The first week I joined I must have watched both her contributions at least twice a day before moving to the other clips.
I have not joined AW yet, but just knowing she's there makes me certain I will.
Hmm, maybe you shouldn't. I've been advocating several times before that BA should resist those calls for showing more of the agnoees as it would break the spell, and she is a point in case. Don't get me wrong, she really is a beautiful lady, both on AW and BA. In the clips on BA she has something mysterious and vulnerable about her that really hit me at the time. I couldn't stop wondering what was going through her while she did her agony. However, having seen her in her full glory on AW and having heard her story, the mystery is gone. I still really like her agonies, but they don't touch me anymore the way they did before my visit to AW.

PC elmo, on AW you will find a good amount of familiar BA's faces. Armine is one of them but there is also Gabrielle who will literally make you smoking, Liandra too.

Exactly THAT's the point, why I always was against the cry for "more". It's not just viewing the visible signs the agonees show in their vids, but the more subtle and hidden secrets and mysteries... They are, what makes them for me an adventure and the reason why I am here...
Mysteries and secrets are able to touch in a ununderstandable way. But not everybody is like you and me; if "you" are not interested in beeing touched, it seems to be necessary to take the plunge and go to AW or ISM or elsewhere and make "your" own experience...

Am I correct in understanding that you mean seeing an FBA means you CAN see and know what is going through the mind(s) of the people who post...and therefore, in order to maintain the sense of mystery, you are against showing more??? How special!

Yes, indeed. I'm pleased to find myself in such respected company!
So ... these two favorites are certainly member-getters. Anyone else?

Of course not, but her interview on AW goes quite a long way into that direction and I was disappointed it did not match the image I had constructed of her in my mind. BA is primarely about fantasy and AW disrupts this image by showing you reality. Clearly reality has a tough job matching the insanely high expectations of fantasy :-)
But don't take my word for it, just take a subscription to AW and check out Armine. After that, go back to her BA clips and tell us if you still view her the same way as before.

I reviewed the comments (108 so far) of our only FBA OV0086 and the number of comments speaks by itself. What a success. As somebody mentioned it, BA has to do something about that issue otherwise some competitors will steal the idea. Have you seen Ruby's confession? Even better, a confession and a beginning of agony but just a zipless beginning...but quite convincing indeed.
