Video glitch?

Every time I try to click on artist # 5311 (second video), the video is glitchy with a weird green effect. Is this a me issue or is there actually a problem with the upload?

I am in Ontario, Canada and I don't have a problem or see green...

Have you tried downloading it instead?  Or using a different device?
