Technical Support Form Error 500

Hello,

For whatever reason, the technical support form doesn't work for me. It returns HTTP Error 500.

I'm having trouble renewing my subscription and would like to be able to ask why that is, I think your automated email from CCBill seems to include a broken link.

Please help me to get into contact.

Which form is giving you that error?  Can you post the URL? The Support Ticket system Seems to be working oK.

The rest of the site works fine for me, apart from videos having playback issues occasionally. Located in the US. I'm wondering if something I enter in the fields on the form is throwing the error.

Unfortunately, the link is broken. It doesn't take me to a page that allows me to renew my subscription with any discount. It's possible that the automated message is outdated. Additionally, "you'll" has an extra "L".
