A_A, what means should we use to contact the ISM admin?

Should we open a topic in the Project_ISM or technical forums for the our specific request? I don't see any topics in either forum that show an acceptance of any requests like this. Have any subscribers tried to open such a topic?

Should we write them an email as described in the ISM "contact" heading and "general site enquiries and feedback" sub-heading, as though we were asking a question about billing questions?  If so, the requestor may get an answer, but the information would not be available to other subscribers, and the ISM admins may have to respond to the same question several times.  Hyperballad established this thread to prevent clogging the BA forum with individual topics for each contributor question and to make the answer available to other subscribers, but it appears that this thread is no longer supported by BA admin, though other subscribers have often responded to requests here.

I have never grasped the logic of including a beautiful agony banner on an ISM contributor's artist profile, but not providing a similar reference in the BA artist # page back to their ISM profile. Could you explain this please? I have found one thread on the BA forums addressing cross references, but the only response was from another subscriber, ashmedi, suggesting ways to search.

If you would like to know if a BA contributor is also on other sites, use the Contact form or Support Ticket and tell us your BA username, and your username on the site you're enquiring about.  If you don't yet have an account on the other site, we can give you a 'yes' or 'no' then once you have an account, we can tell you usernames.
