I recently got an email stating my subscription for BA has failed to rebill because of my payment method. I went to my ccbill acct and reentered my CC info and got error messages. I tried 2 different cards that are active and still nothing. I went though their help desk and found out that BA does not accept VISA anymore? Does anyone know when this happened? That’s really a bummer because I do not have any other type of payment method to use.

For CCBill customers there's a gap of a few weeks before Visa will be accepted again, unfortunately.

i had the exact same thing the admin told me to create a new account. As for accepting VISA i use it and they do accept. the default billing provider seems to have switched to GMBilling and i have no way to change during the billing process like before. i recommend to just make a new account and ask a admin to transfer any favorites you have to your new one.

I too ran into issues when trying to reactivate my account. GMBill refused to charge my card giving error message "Blocked by riskcheck rule(s):2045" and CCBill doesn't for some reason accept Mastercard as valid paymend method.

Submit a support ticket and we can find a workaround until things return to normal.
