Seems like all new videos are not working on iOS. I’m having the same issues.

I wonder what could be wrong with 5310 + 5107? Normally I‘m using my iPad with iPadOS 15.1, no problems with all the other ones (except downloading - doesn‘t work…).
Yesterday I tried with my old Windows-7-PC: everything worked out all right!

Should be working now. 

Also, there is a known issue with iOS 15 beta 5 and the solution is as follows:

Go to Settings. Click on Safari. Scroll down to Advanced. Scroll to Experimental Features. Turn off GPU Process: Media and GPU Process: Capture. Close the Safari App and open it again and you should be able to see your videos without the dark screen.
