Video is not working, I am using Safari as my browser and iOS system.

No upload occurred,  The Revival and number 5020 are there as placeholders, but no file to enjoy...

Edited new info as at 20:40

I just tried accessing ISM and most of the files are missing or not responding to clicks...

Is there a chance a server has gone down?

It is working now, at least for me, check if it is working on your end

It is working now, at least for me, check if it is working on your end

At 21:04 I noticed it was there and working, and when I came here to update my post,
     I found yours 
I also rechecked ISN and it is also working again...

So, no apparent problems any more...
