Hi, everyone! I'm a 26 y/o American guy who's known of BA for at least a decade. I feel so good after subscribing; the agonies are great, but the confessions make the whole experience sublime. Bless you Lauren and Richard for keeping such a wonderful thing strong for nearly two decades. You've made my life so much better through your work. Hope you've all been keeping safe in these troubled times!
With that out of the way, I find Alma, Ms. 5109, one of the most animated people I've ever seen. I adore how she goes between laughter and tears in her agonies. I also found her conf. so thought-provoking, a wonderfully positive view of being kind to yourself. I feel that I'm a bit theatrical in my everyday life and I never cut myself much slack. Her work speaks to me in a language I rarely see out of anybody. Her voice also reminds me a bit of Paula Cole, one of my absolute fave singers.
If you're reading this, Alma, thank you so much! Please stay safe, be well, and may you catch a falling star!

OMG yes! Ms. 5109 is one of my all-time favorites.
Be sure to also check out 5122. Very emotional.

It's been a few weeks since I registered and I want to express my gratitude to all of you! BA has been such a wonderful place to talk about things I rarely get to talk about with my friends. I'm hoping that circumstances in my life improve to where I can submit my own agony, but the time being has been so great. Please be well and stay safe!
