Logging in twice to access the forum

Is there possibly any other way that could set the forum up so that it prevents having to log into your account THEN also log into the forum? It can get very, very tedious if using the site for more than one sitting in a day.

I understand everyone just kind of gets on with it, but I can't be alone in thinking this. I feel like it's something that should have been addressed long ago.

It's not ideal. However, as a web developer I can tell you it's often more complicated than it would appear. I'm just thankful that they provide a forum at all.

I don't remember where it is, but the Forum can be configured to keep you logged in...
I can't remember the last time I had to log in...

Check the options under Your Profile...  There will be one or two check boxes...

The problem is the forum is 3rd party software.  As the poster above says, it's not always so simple.  But also as Ash says, you shouldn't have to login every time.  Your browser can remember logins too.

When you login to the forum, there's a check box that you can tick so that, in future, you will automatically login to the forum when you login to BA.
