Can't run confessions.

I've just rejoined after some months and now when I click on a contribution the BA video runs automatically and the confession won't load.  There's no click-indicating cursor change either way.  Seems to be the case with both Chrome and Opera, and with both flash and mp4.  Any suggestions?

I was having this issue a while ago & it seems like using FireFox seemed to fix the problem for me, then it just sort of worked on Chrome again after a bit... It's weird!

Hmmm....I still can't make it work on Firefox either, nor with the other two.  I get the message "no flash player installed," even though it is.  I've done the enabling in settings.
