Confessions about shame and guilt for masturbating

I realise that a lot of the contributors to BA are, by the very nature of it, quite sex positive (haha!), but I wonder if you could recommend some confessions where the contributor talks at length about growing up feeling shame for masturbating, struggling not to do it and so on, as well as how they grew to overcome it?
