A thought about the T/Q/I category

I notice that at some point recently you guys changed the label from T/Q/I and actually spelled it out, Trans/Queer/Intersex. Now I realize that as a straight white male I am probably the last person who should be bringing this up...but doesn't this conflate sexual orientation (Queer) with gender identity (Trans)? And isn't that bad? Should you maybe replace Queer with NB/Non-Binary?

We apparently had the same thought simultaneously - it was changed last week
