Major problems with logging into accounts!

What is going on BA?? you changed the log in and internet explorer could not work on beautiful agony as the new instant captcha or whatever it is would not work using internet explorer, now you put instant captcha that can be used internet explorer but when i tick the box saying 'im not a robot' and click log in, it goes back to the log in page?? without logging me in!  now have you not fixed this yet? i dont know why you changed this as there was no problems before with anyone logging in so why change it? what's going on? yes you could say just contact 'help' but they seem to be no 'help' as i been waiting for there reply for the last month and not been able to access the site for the last two months! so please get your act together and fix these log in problems as this is a realy good site and i have been using it for over 10 years off and on and all people should be able to access this good site if they want! thanks for your help!  Also there was no prior warning of any changes to site logging in etc so please keep members notified of any changes or problems in the future, thanks!

We answer all Help queries within a few hours so I don't know why you didn't get the reply.  Yes we have changed the captcha to make it much more convenient for all our customers.  The only browser in which it doesn't work is IE8 or earlier.  IE8 has not been supported by designers for several years.  I suggest you upgrade to Chrome or Firefox.
