Looking for the source of this dramatic still

Hi Everyone!

In 2015 I saved a still from the a BA preview video.  I was captivated by her vibrations and tears as she reached an incredible climax in the 5 seconds I got to see in the preview.  I have been digging through the archives.  Could anyone save me some grueling time and let me know where I could find this video?
