I've tried a few times to log into BA. I keep getting this message. "OOOPS! - WRONG CODE ENTERED - PLEASE TRY AGAIN Make sure you tick the reCAPTCHA box to confirm your not a robot!" Windows has my name and password saved and has never not logged me in. I even had my name and password emailed to me as if I'd lost it and typed it in manually to no avail. Oddly, the same login info worked to log in here. As for this recaptcha box, there is nothing on the page even remotely boxlike or clickable other than the menu, free preview box, and log in box.

I had the same issue on Friday.It's not a password or id issue. I have 3 different pc's that I log into BA with thru win explorer, and I couldn't log in with any of them. I then logged into BA using google chrome without any issues, however I don't like having to jump thru the hoop of the capttcha thing all the time. I also don't like the video player you have to use on chrome since wmv isn't used on it. I'm not sure what the issue is with log in on win explore unless feck isn't supporting that browser any longer

I still have no idea what this recaptcha thing is or where this box is that I'm supposed to click. I'm using internet explorer if that means anything, and that is all I use. I'm not going to change that, so if something isn't fixed here I'll just have to cancel my membership I guess.

We have a new Captcha system (a method of verifying that the login is coming from a human, not a bot). It seems to not be compatible with Internet Explorer - if you try another browser such as Chrome or Firefox, you wont' have a problem. We are looking for a fix meanwhile.
