3377A3 in HD download issue
Repeatedly fails whenever I try to download it, even though all other DLs have been working fine.

Hi UniqueNY, there doesn't seem to be any problems on our end with #3377's downloads, have you tried clearing your media cache?
Though if you're referring to her Duet when you say 3377A3, the file is titled "F0196HD-F1" which maybe floating somewhere in your download folder.
