Error downloading videos

Hello, I love the site and all its videos! However I noticed that a few agonies have videos where if I try to download them, the download automatically cuts off no matter how many times I try and thus I'm unable to get it to work. These are:

3855 Agony 1 (the latest, I was so looking forward to watching it but it looks like i've gotta wait!)
3091 Agony 2
3505 Agony 2
3544 Agony 2

I'd appreciate if something can be done to resolve this issue

I can't watch any of the new agonies on mp4 format on my Galaxy S6? They stopped working around about ms3851, are you guys using a different method or format to put the new videos up? The revival agonies work fine just not the new first timers!

i'm having the same issue with the newer videos. Using an iPhone 6S, haven't tried on a desktop yet though

Which browser are you using? The Agonies and Revivals you mentioned can be downloaded on Firefox, Chrome and Explorer.

@Stuart432 and @tinyspecks:
#3859, #3857 and #3855 are having issues with mobile devices, but we are looking into it now!

I'm using Explorer, but it only plays online as an audio file and if I try downloading the videos I only get "file not supported" or "file not found".

I'm on Chrome, I'll try to download them. The latest one 3861 is also giving me issues for now, darn..

And still no luck with the revivals - the H ones work fine, but the HD ones don't. Good enough for now I guess, but still I'd hope it can be fixed.

All OK here playing MP4's. I'm using Windows 7 Professional 32 bit, with IE-11 on a Lenovo desktop.

It started for me with  3855. I'm on a Galaxy S7 using Opera (Chromium)(All the modern browsers use chromium...(*Expletives Heavily Implied*))

I successfully downloaded all of the videos you mentioned in HD mp4 format.

3862 Agony 1 - Downloaded in Firefox
3861 Agony 1 - Downloaded in Chrome
3855 Agony 1 - Downloaded in Firefox
3091 Agony 2 - Downloaded in Chrome
3505 Agony 2 - Downloaded in Internet Explorer
3544 Agony 2 - Downloaded in Internet Explorer

@Agony_Admin also successfully downloaded these videos on three different browsers & on a different computer, so I'm not sure what to tell you here except that downloads are working perfectly on our end.

@Stuart432, @tinyspecks, @StakSeth we are working on the mobile site video issues and will keep you updated as we go - hopefully we can solve this issue asap. Thank you for your patience!

There is an issue with encoding which is affecting some new releases when played back on portable media devices, but w'ere working on it

It looks like we've solved the problem, so you can expect things to return to normal; as we get the videos re-uploaded over coming days.

Have you tried clearing your browsing data / cache images and files?

Is anyone else still having issues with viewing videos on their mobile devices or with the downloads?

Try a different device - we have no other reports of problems with this video.

Another problem to report: 3855 agony in HD will play normally on the website, but the download version is just the first few seconds with "TEST" overlaid in large red text.
