At 22:00 on 2/25, 12 hours after I lost access, the site is available again...
The same 62mb file, A326-2 Madison, that crapped out after 25 minutes earlier today, downloaded in 1:35...
Tracert was run again,and except for minor variances in the ms access times, looks the same as it did 3 days ago, and earlier today when access was failing...

Just posted another thread about this (sorry if this is bad netiquette). Browsing from Australia, 6kb/s download (if the site loads at all). Occasionally all is well, though.
