A question about Agony submitters on the forums

I'm often struck by the extent to which the contributors to IFM participate in the forums there, especially as compared to over here, where I can't think of a single regular/frequent forum participant whom I know to be a BA contributor. I don't have the foggiest idea why that might be; what are others' thoughts?
