Index numbers gone

What happened ? The contributor numbers below the thumbs have disappeared. If you want to get to a certain page, and don't know the number of anyone on that page, it now could take you many mouse minutes.

I think that's what the search bar is for? Just type in their number and you're set..

If you want to go to a random page now, you can't without going 10 pages at a time. Could take you like I said
many mouse minutes.

Yeah I'm already missing the old method. It was fun being able to just pick a random page.

It is what it is...

To solve the problem merely make your own random number generator...
Randomly select a 4 digit number, Throw 4 dice, Use the radom number generator function from Excel, Select a current number and reverse it...
Or use the x-ref numbers provided by ISM... Lots of patterns available to replace numbered index.

And any random selected will still yield 20 more that can be checked...

Personally, I can live with that, I'm still more upset at losing my WMV format files...

Hey Ranger... and 101... and Monsterman

Have you noticed what I think is a change... Right above the Search Box is a series of 10 page numbers with arrows to allow up and down movement 10 pages at a time... It's not quite as Random, but it does allow you to skip to a page fairly quickly to open it and then play Random Agonies... I just noticed this earlier today...

Have you noticed what I think is a change... Right above the Search Box is a series of 10 page numbers with arrows to allow up and down movement 10 pages at a time... It's not quite as Random, but it does allow you to skip to a page fairly quickly to open it and then play Random Agonies... I just noticed this earlier today...

  On the rare occasion that the search box does work for me, (and doesn't automatically come up with my password) you end up with both genders instead of the one you are interested in. The only way I can see out of this is by going the 10 pages at a time to keep from getting back to the "everybody" section. If I want to go to page 65 for example, i'd have to bring a lunch. you would have to click "10", then next group of pages, then click "20" next group of pages then "30" etc. etc. Like I said, many mouse clicks......
