Quality issues with some of the older videos

Just noticed this problem today... but when I download the mp4s in high quality for some of the videos, the video is of lower quality and size than what is stated. The file still says AxxxxH which supposedly represents a high, but the size is half of that which is stated, for example if it states there that the file is 24MB, the file I eventually download is actually 12MB in size, which is the size stated for the medium quality one.

This only applies to the mp4 versions though, the wmv ones don't seem to have the same effect. When the mp4 and wmv are compared side by side the difference in quality is glaringly obvious.

Videos I've noticed this problem are 2261, 2272, 2176 and 1953 but I'm sure there's others out there.

Could the admins take a look into this? Thanks.
