I often wonder about how you determine the starting point - though I'm sure there's a scientific definition, I tend to assume that it's the point at which you couldn't hold back any more even if someone walked into the room.

Perhaps I'm wrong, but Ms 2721's method seems to involve building up orgasm-like movements (here from at least 2.58, as you say) as a final and wonderfully uninhibited part of her self-foreplay.
