There does not seem to be a way to return to the main menu page from wherever I am without backing up step-wise with my browser. Can this be improved upon?

Can you explain a little more your trouble. I'm not sure I understand entirely what you are saying. Our menu is fixed and therefore always accessible.

I think you mean back to the main page. If you click the Beautiful Agony logo in the top left of the screen that will take you back there straight away, this is what you mean?

Let us say I've selected an artist from the main page, have gone there, then looked at a confession perhaps and am now ready to start again with a new artist. At that point there is no logo at the upper left (or anywhere) and I must back up through the steps that brought me there to return to the main page.

The video is in the upper left of my screen. If the logo is above that, then my computer is not seeing all of the page. This is a netbook and I would need to turn to my main computer for the full picture or change the resolution on this one.

Where is that clickable logo with respect to the video?

Ah, now I get what you are saying. How frustrating.

What should occur is, that when you select an artist on the main by clicking their thumbnail this opens a lightbox window in your browser which is where you see the video. This lightbox window should have a grey 'X' in the top right corner of the window, this should close the lightbox and take you back to the page you were on. Perhaps this is hiding off screen?

I think the issue you are talking about might be your netbook. I'm not entirely sure myself how to fix this as I'm not really familiar with them, that and not knowing all your computer info it's tricky to work out. My guess is maybe it is due to your screen resolution settings, netbooks have pretty small screens so maybe there are some display issues there and it's not liking the lightbox window.

If you have access to another computer it may help you to work out whats going on by comparing what happens differently between your netbook and the other computer?

Contacting us through our contact form so our Tech guys can try and nut it out might be the way to go. Be sure to include computer details, browser details etc so we can better assess what may be causing the issue. As much detail as possible helps us to help you better.

If I can get my hands on a netbook I'll see if I can suss it out also.

Thanks much. You have given me all the information I need. The "X" was just off screen but can be easily scrolled to. This does the job and everything works out.
