Hey BA Lovers!

So, as you're probably aware, BA has had a bit of a makeover, a while in the making we know but we hope you find it a mighty fine place to be. Have a bit of an explore and if you're unsure as to how to work something then let us know.

A few of the changes we've made include adding new Flash and MP4 formats, including MP4 HD videos, new categories, improving search. Also nifty stuff back-end of BA which helps HQ bring you better Agony.

If you look to your left you'll see a couple of new categories under the VIEW menu. Revivals and Friends is where you'll find content that would normally have appeared at Overkill. Overkill will no longer be updated, well not like it used to be anyway, so Revivals and Friends is where to go for the Videos that once came here. And in case you're wondering, Revivals are Artists 2nd and 3rd etc Agony Videos and Friends videos are Group Agony Videos and Duet Videos.

If it's been a few days between visits to BA then you might want to sort content via LATEST. This will show you ALL content that has been added to the site via the date it went live. So you won't miss a thing

At first I thought there was something strange with my computer but then I noticed you had changed the site a bit

But I think its good that all agonies will be sorted together so you can see all from your favorites

How many videos will have HD?

For the most part, I like it. But I miss seeing all of the info numbers directly under the thumbnails. For instance, I looked for the "Pentagony" videos, and it took me a while to locate them under "Friends, which is logical, but then had no idea on what page they were located, where before if you knew anyone who participated, you could go to thier main video page, and there was all of the contribution numbers they had filmed underneath the thumbnail.
I especially like the orginal posting dates that were added.

Yes, but it doesn't give all of thier contributions. For instance if you type 0536 in the search box, you get the "action video" and two confession videos, but no mention of the many others, like "Pentagony" and the "Hilltop" contributions.

Links are under the video playing ... Right Click and Save As if using Windows. If you're using anything else I can't help you ...

sirgeorg, sorry but no you can't search for artists via an ISM artist number.

Unseen currently only lists New 'Agony' Contributors that are unseen, not 2nd or 3rd etc, sorry.

Make sure you click the link in the player lightbox to say that you have seen the video also, for this category to work.

Hi and thank you so much to all the staff at BA! Really like all the improvement on the site and I have discovered that I am now able to play it on my smartphone, something that was not possible before. So thanks again for providing a lot of different player options

I'm curious if anyone has had some fun clicking on the random thumbnail? Personally I'm loving looking back over some of the older BA contributions, particularly the ones I haven't seen for many years.

i'm still missing one essential thing in the new design: a search button (like the one in the main page) in the forum
in all these post they are telling so much of mrs xxx and mrs yyy and miss zzz and i would appreciate a quick link to that contributions...

It is where it always was. Right above where it says you are logged in there is a title grey bar. Inside that in very very faint font is Index Search Profile Logout. ... Search still appears to be identical to the old ...

but that one is for searching inside the forum
i'm thinking of the one from the main page, to make it easier to find the contribution of mrs. 2734 e.g.
it's a lot of clicking around, if in one topic with dozens of posts a whole bunch of agonettes are mentionend...
i do find it useful to read the text and have a search button next to it, presenting the results in a new or in a pop-up window

i do remember the pictures, but not the numbers

Yeah, I remember, for instance the 0013 was my first top favourite.

Ah yes, The Early Days. When I first joined in April 2004, I remember being mesmerised by Agonette #0031, and very shortly afterwards #0048 too. Happy memories!

I just noticed a new improvement. The page you are on is now highlighted in red instead of being grayed out.
It's new to me anyway. I run I.E. so who knows....
