Get ready for a new Agony experience!

I just thought I'd give you folks a heads-up that within a few weeks, Agony will be getting a makeover.  Visually, it won't look much different.  But inside you'll find bigger videos for streaming and download, new file formats to improve compatibility with the latest media devices (including PMD's), and it'll be much easier to connect up all contributions by a particular artist - including their partners and Overkill videos.

Stand by, and if you're a lurker, there's never been a better time to join Agony

Bigger videos?  How big?  Just curious as it sound interesting.  Will past videos have a bigger option?

I never left Bish, just lost my voice.

101, the popup videos will play at 640x480 and most of the new releases 1280 x 720.  I say most because obviosuly not everyone has an HD camera but if they aren't HD they'll be as big as we can show them.  We're backdating Hi Def to #2500 but in time we might go back further still but it puts a mighty strain on the editing department...

I'm sure the last thing any of us want is for editing deartment to be unwarrantably strained and risking burnout. It's great to know what improvements you guys are planning or contemplatoing; but please don't flog yourselves in the process of implementing them. Let the good things take whatever time makes for a comfortable working pace.
