Beautiful Agony moves us all in different ways. For a while now, Agony clips have been popping up on YouTube, amassing up to half a million downloads or more in some cases. The comments are hilarious and often a frightening hint to the sexual vacuum that is the Mind Of The Anonymous General Public. Or YouTubers, anyway - Ok, YouTubers who post.
Then suddenly, inexplicably, all the Agonies disappeared. All that is left...are the dedications.
Christine was challenged by her friend Jeff to make an Agony. When she actually worked out what an Agony was, she told Jeff if he did one, she'd follow. Jeff's response, like any sane man who thinks he might be in with a chance, responded by writing Christine a song - all about Agony. I don't think this one will be melting Limewire but hell, it's a song, and it's all about us, so Jeff got 5 stars from me. Now if only he'd put down his guitar and put his plucking fingers where they should be, we might get some Agony action from Christine, who seems awfully nice, and well, a bit hot. And yes we can be that shallow here sometimes.
Just ask Robert, who has hijacked our keywords to remind us that we're overlooking the most beautiful agony of all; and now that he's got our attention, here's a few messages about suffering from the Divine Sponsor.
This guy is a little bit funny, while this dude at least tagged his ode as comedy, for those of us who just aren't quite sure. I've not met Falkenbot before but his agony is a little on the dry side compared to SpongeBob's energetic rendition.
But what really, really scares me, is that Karen Carpenter has chosen our keywords to bring her message of peace, love and brotherhood from beyond the grave. There's something a little deeper going on there, and I don't think I want to dig.

Hi Richard,
I'm a bit of a YouTube junkie, and had noticed various BA and IFM movies cropping up here & there, often accompanied by an overwhelming number of hits. I thought about saying something, but figured that your good selves were most probably already aware of the issue, and might even be behind the postings anyway.
Do we know why the submissions have suddenly vanished?

I haven't been there, but isn't the fact the vids are up there for download nothing more than piracy or theft. I'm paying, why should somebody get it for free?
Ashmedi is an ancient god of rage and lust. I don't feel rage, but the lust part fits like a glove.
"Cheer up, things could be worse" somebody once told me. So I cheered up, and sure enough, things got worse.

We posted a couple, with the contributor's permission. We also had dozens of unauthorised postings removed. Why they took all the residual clips down, well my paranoid side points to a competitor who recently flooded the place with their pale imitations using the same keywords, but my realistic side suggests that they just offended too many people.
