difference between self and partner

Hey guys!!

I'm new to Beautiful Agony and I thought I'd get a-postin'!  I was just having a peek at a few agonies and I noticed that a few people have done agonies with their partners (myself included).  I thought it was interesting the differences between a self agony and a partner agony.  For instance,  I really ham it up if I'm with my bloke, but on my own it's not as, shall we say, 'fake'. I realise this is the point of BA, to capture the uninhibited, unmodified orgasm, but when someone is with their partner, it just seems so much different.  Does anyone agree?

I agree that the clips with partner assistance are different (I love 'em), but I wouldn't characterize them as fake at all. Instead, it seems to me perfectly natural that you would verbalize more, and perhaps give more explicit nonverbal signals, when there's a partner in the room than when you're alone. I don't see it as false showiness, but as genuine communication (esp. certain vocalizations, like "Yes!").

As an analogy, aren't you more likely to laugh out loud when you see a funny movie with others than when you watch the same movie alone at home? You're not faking the laughter in the theatre; you're just externalizing your private feelings so you can share them.

Truth is, when I'm trying to guess which clips involve partners (sometimes it's obvious, but not always), I use vocalizations ("Yes!" "O Fuck!" etc.) as clues, along with other things like subtle glances in the direction of the genital area (because, if everything going on down there is your own doing, you don't need to look, do you? ). Not that these are definitive evidence, but they're certainly suggestive.

PS: Is your forum handle also a BA number? If so, it'd have to be a few weeks in the future, right? I didn't know they assigned numbers that far in advance. Since I love partner shoots, can't wait to see yours.

hey everyone
i've had a bit of login trouble but now i'm back! my agony is actually 0615, not 0692.  I liked the reference that dauphinb made to laughing at tv and having an orgasm, it really put the point in perspective.  and thanks for all the agonies with partners in them, i shall go check them out right now.... my fave is probably the (i think she is french) girl with the guy with the dreadlocks.
