Dear BA-Team,
I wanted to renew my subscription while retaining my old account, so I ticked the box "returning customer" and entered the password I was assigned with. After entering my data, my username and password were already locked in ("The website you're signing up for has requested this username/password to be set for your account"). When I wanted to continue the process the error code "It's better if you use a mixture of UPPER and lowercase letters" was shown, so I couldn't continue. The password I was assigned with doesn't mixture upper and lowercase letters but I couldn't change it either. Thanks for help.
