Hi guys,
I know this is not the helpdesk, but the billing agency refers me to you and the support ticket on the site is for technical questions. So I need to know first and foremost where I should go with my question:
I mistakenly bought a one-month & recurring membership. As soon as I found out I bought the wrong one (I only wanted for one month and then stop), I cancelled my payment. No money was charged, nothing taken from my account. But! I still have access as if I paid. I am not looking for a free ride, nor do I want to seem fraudulent. My only question is, since the billing agencies refer me to BA, the Dutch affiliate doesn't do support by phone and the support function on the website only does technical stuff: where should I go with this??
