New HD videos not playing in iOS

Hello! I'm not sure when this started happening, but some newer videos won't play on my iPhone.

Recent examples that don't work (not a complete list):

Recent examples that do work:
5302A1
5296A1
5292A1
5288A1

The video tries to play, but then shows a play icon (right pointing triangle) with a diagonal line through it. I tried downloading them to the phone, and playing form the Files app, which doesn't work either (same "no play" icon).

I'm on iOS 15.0.2. Experiencing the error in Safari and Firefox.
