Legality of voyeur sites

I recently have been checking out some sites that seem to have good voyeur masturbation/orgasm scenes but I'm not sure if they are legal to access. I looked at www.tomvoyeur.com recently and saw that there is lots of masturbation vids and quality clips. The only thing that is holding me back from buying a membership is that I have no garuntees that everyone is 18 or older on the site. That bugs me. I don't want to buy a membership to a sight that has people on it and I'm not sure if they are 18 or not. Does anyone know about this? Is this a reputable site? I would rather be safe than sorry. Does anyone know of anyother sites than this(besides homeclips) that have good voyeur mast. scenes where everyone IS forsure 18yrs or older? I would like to know if there is ,please post them. The second area of concern is that I live in Canada and I don't think it's against the law to view voyeur vids is it? Just so everyone knows and I don't spark a morality battle, I do not enjoy watching others w/o there consent but I think alot of these vids are staged anyways. Please comment on this post.

I don't want to appear negative, but yes. Many of the vids appearing on voyeur sites are sure to be staged. Many of the so called wifes having sex are in fact prostitutes hired on the occation. Other vids are stolen property, and god only knows the voyeur sites steal like ravens from each other and even from BA, most of them presenting much the same material.

A couple of videos on the site you mention happen to be of norwegian origin. I know, recognizing the films, having seen them recognzing the language:

One is of a woman on a tanning bed, she says "guuuuud", or god in english. This vid just could (but i don't know) originate from a man convicted for filming in a tanning studio some years back.
Two other "masturbation in bed" vids supposed to have been "secretely" filmed "by her brother" feature a girl hardly 16, let alone 18. She just might be that norwegian girl that got tricked into making vids of herself by classmates; she eventually broke down completely, and the whole story became known.

I don't mean to speculate, I merely mean to suggest some of the reality I fear may lie behind voyeur vids. I think you are right in holding on to some morally based caution. Some of the material is sure to be legit', but as you say: You just can't be sure.

Tonning, I belive you are correct when you say that some of the clips are staged. In fact, many of them are. Not sure what percentage are actually prostitutes. I hadn't even thought of that angle. I always thought that the women were either wives or girlfirends or neighbors. In cany case, there was one site that had great actual voyeur stuff but it is now defunct and has been for some time now. It was called Voy'sLife.com.

As to your question, I don't think there is ever any real way to know the ages of the models. You pretty much have to rely on the site owner(s) to make sure they are not violating any laws or morality issues there. They can say anything they want and put all sorts of bells & whistles and disclaimers on their pages. You just never really know. You just have to gamble.

Ya I think it's best to play it safe. Does anyone know of websites such as the previously mentioned that have older looking (mid 20's and up) like this?
